This month, we are excited to announce the release of two significant new features: the Cap Table by Share Class view, which now includes Convertibles/SAFEs, and the Authorized Shares feature.
1. Cap Table by Share Class View
Our new Cap Table by Share Class view offers a detailed breakdown of your company's share structure, providing insights into different classes of shares, including Common, ESOP, and Warrants. This feature also integrates Convertibles and SAFEs, giving you a comprehensive view of all equity instruments in one place.
The Cap Table by Share Class view allows you to see:
- Authorized Shares: The total number of shares that the company is authorized to issue for each share class.
- Not Diluted Shares: The number of shares that have not been diluted.
- Fully Diluted Shares: The number of shares accounting for potential dilution from convertibles and other equity instruments.
- Investment: The total investment amount for each share class.
