Some companies may decide to keep their valuation private, or to not share with with small shareholders. Capboard makes it easy, with a simple toggle button.
- Go to Transactions and find the latest "Valuation".
- Click on "Edit" that Valuation. From there you can change the date, the share value/price and the overall company valuation.
- Click on "Share to employees with grants" to turn it on or off.
Stockholders will then see their option value as "Locked".
